The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join the team at our Dulwich office as Head of our Individual Income Tax Return Division. We’re looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements, ready to shape the division and drive its ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with clients to discuss income tax-related matters and provide immediate guidance
- Prepare and finalise income tax returns during client meetings, where possible
- Distribute work amongst team members
- Prepare any tax returns that cannot be delegated
- Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of all finalised work
- Follow up on outstanding queries and resolve them efficiently
- Manage and prioritise incoming workflow to meet deadlines
- Maintain records of all returns and monitor ongoing jobs
- Collaborate with Directors on job deadlines and progress updates
