I began my career with Accru as a supervisor. Two years ago I became a co-manager and last July I was promoted to sole manager.

In moving from supervisor to manager, I have improved my technical knowledge and I now mentor and lead people at a much higher level. I’m in the enviable position of seeing our younger accountants become more knowledgeable and take on review responsibilities of their own.
I’ve also become an integral part of the firm’s management team involved in decisions on the firm’s direction, and developed even closer relationships with clients. It has been incredibly rewarding to know that I am assisting clients to achieve their financial goals.
